Please provide written notice of items requiring warranty service. Because these requests will be handled by our Customer Care Department, please do not discuss these items with the Sales Department. To ensure proper handling of your requests, we cannot accept service by telephone. Our Customer Care Department will attempt to reach you at the time you indicate below but because of workloads, this may not always be possible. Kindly allow sufficient time for proper processing.
